Delivery Policy 9. Once an order is paid for it will be shipped within 2 working days unless otherwise stated at the time of ordering. 9.1 The overall time frame from an order being paid for and arriving with you the customer will not exceed 7 working days unless otherwise stated. 10. Refund & Cancellation Policy 10.1 You have a right to cancel your purchase before the registration plate is manufactured. Once work has commenced on making the plate, which in normally on the same working day, then a refund can not be made. A refund or replacement will only be issued if the plate has material defects. 10.2 In the event of an order being cancelled before work has commenced on the plate we will issue a refund within 3 working days.
